You Disney Parks are always bringing new features to improve the visitor experience, and in 2024, some significant changes were implemented in the fast-track queue system.
Starting in July 2024, Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane services have been renamed and will feature the option to schedule appointments in advance, making planning appointments even more convenient.

With the change implemented last year, the Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be purchased in advance, allowing up to three prior appointments.
After using the first reserved time slot, visitors will be able to make new reservations as availability dictates, continuing this cycle continuously. Another added benefit will be the ability to select times at the time of purchase.

For those who opt for the Park Hopper ticket, it will be necessary to choose a single park for advance bookings. However, once the first booking is used, the visitor can book the next time slot at another park visited on the same day.
At Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, attractions will be separated into two groups, similar to the old FastPass+ system. This means guests will be able to choose one attraction from Group 1 (which includes the most popular attractions) and two from Group 2.
On the day of the visit, after using one of the reservations, it will be possible to select another attraction from any group.

How the Lightning Lane Single Pass Works
The Individual Lightning Lane service will continue to operate as it did, but will now allow for advance purchase and booking of the most popular attractions.
Therefore, each visitor who chooses the benefit must pay the amount of US$ 12, The price may vary depending on the time of year, reflecting high and low season.

When is it possible to schedule a visit to Disney Parks?
Guests staying at Disney hotels will have access to scheduling up to seven days prior to check-in, and can schedule for the entire stay (limited to 14 days). For other guests, scheduling will be available three days prior to the date of use of the ticket.
Those who have tickets without a fixed date, such as annual pass holders, will be able to make reservations for any of the following three days.
Those who prefer can still purchase and schedule passes on the day of their visit, as is currently the case. Purchases and reservations will open at 7 a.m. local Orlando time.
